 Zhik - Sailing Gear
Zhik - Sailing Gear-tn Warm water If you sail in water that isn’t too cold choose ZhikSkin MicroFleece. Proven to be a very versatile material in a good range of air temperatures. In conditions where the air is hot, the minimised insulation layer in the ZhikSkin helps to promote the water cooling effect. Suits are provided in shorts, pants, spring and long john styles. For hot conditions add ZhikSkin Spandex up top. The moment you put it on, you will immediately discover its amazing comfort, weight and superstretch flexibility. Ride faster above the waves. Cool water conditions The ZhikSkin MicroFleece material is lightweight, yet provides the equivalent warmth that you are used to in 2.5mm Neoprene. In the cooler airs you can feel the MicroFleece thermal layer begin to take effect. Water is trapped in the fine fleece layer, and is warmed by the body. As it gets colder, choose the skiff style and add the appropriate top layers, such as the Hydrophobic Fleece thermal top combined with the ZhikSkin Titanium top. These two tops add a reflective thermal system to warm you up and lock out wind chill.
 Musto - Performance Anywear
Musto - Performance Anywear-tn WATERPROOF & SHOWERPROOF BREATHABLE FABRICS Our breathable fabrics have a hydrophilic coating. They breathe by absorbing moisture from the warm, high humidity zone around your body and chemically driving it through your clothing. The fabrics use an abrasion resistant outer shell to which the hydrophilic coating is applied. Our breathable waterproof products have taped seams, thus making them fully waterproof for coastal, inshore and dinghy sailing, as well as onshore use. Breathable showerproof products use a hydrophilic fabric as described above, however they do not have taped seams, making them ideal for onshore use. 1) Wind & water completely blocked 2) Outer shell fabric 3) Water vapour molecules pushed outwards 4) Hydrophilic coating
